Jacksonville Fire Ravaged Kitchen

The fire from this kitchen fire in Jacksonville was fierce and devasted a large area of the cooking area. The sink area was not burnt but the smoke circulated throughout the kitchen and into several other rooms. Upon arrival, our SERVPRO FST crew immediately sealed the torched room from the rest of the house with 10 ml thick poly sheeting. We started the cleanup by disposing of the non-salvageable elements and setting up several hydroxyl generators to mitigate the odors and damaging particulates floating through the air. By working with our customer and her insurance company, we maintained the budget of her reimbursement, and she had a brand new kitchen. She said it was better than "Like it never even happened."
