Arlington Condo Flooding in the Mail Room

The tropical storm deposited dirty rainwater recently. The depth was low enough to use portable water extractors on the standing water. By quickly removing the liquid, we mitigated damages to the walls and front door of the mail room. We removed and replaced the water damaged vinyl baseboard after we verified, using penetrating moisture meters, that all was back to standard levels of humidity. We also cut out small sections of drywall and replaced them. Our technicians sanitized the contaminated site with antimicrobial products to ensure a safe environment for the condo owners.
