Water Leak and a Problem in St. Nicholas

This vacant property in St. Nicholas was damaged when a leak went undetected and soaked into a portion of the single pine planks. The visible cupping was too great to allow for a sanding and refinishing for a restoration. SERVPRO crews can remove the non-salvageable hardwoods and porous drywall (as shown in the After Photo) to prepare for a rehab of the water damaged room. The subfloor made of plywood and the supporting joists and beams can be dried with heaters and dehumidifiers from the crawlspace and at the damaged site.
